Psychgram’s Terms, written as a questionnaire: every clause answers a question and comes with a short answer, so you know what you’re agreeing to before your first test.
Document
The full answer is the binding one.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of psychgram.com and of the tests, results and subscriptions offered by Psychgram LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with filing number 2026-002094587 and its registered address at 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 20787, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States (“Psychgram”, “we”, “us”).
By taking a test, creating an account or paying, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree with them, don’t use the service.
Psychgram’s tests build on instruments and models published in psychological research and give indicative results, for self-knowledge and education.
A result is not a clinical diagnosis, nor a psychological or medical assessment, and it doesn’t replace seeing a mental health professional. Don’t make decisions about your health based on it alone.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to create an account or pay.
You’re responsible for the account you create: use an email address you can access, and don’t share your access with other people.
Without paying, you can take a test and see a short result.
The 7-day trial costs US$2.99 and unlocks the full results of any test for those 7 days. When it ends, it automatically becomes the monthly subscription at US$29.99, which gives the same access for as long as it stays active.
The subscription renews every month and we charge US$29.99 to the payment method you used, through TailoredPay, until you cancel. We never see or store your full card number.
You can cancel at any time from your account panel. If you cancel during the trial, the renewal isn’t charged; if you cancel later, you keep access until the end of the paid month and aren’t charged again.
The price you see is the final price, with all applicable taxes included.
You can get a full refund of a charge if you ask within 48 hours of it being processed, as our Refund Policy describes. After that the charge is final, and you can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged again.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the Refund Policy also explains how your right of withdrawal applies.
Your answers and results are yours: you can download, keep and share them as you like. To show them to you we need to process them, as the Privacy Policy explains.
The questions, scoring systems, texts, graphics and the Psychgram brand are ours or used under license. Don’t copy, scrape, resell or publish them without our written permission.
Don’t use Psychgram to assess another person without their consent, or to make decisions about their employment, insurance, housing, admission or credit. The results aren’t made for that.
Bots, trying to get into other people’s accounts or data, and using the service against the law aren’t allowed either. We may suspend an account that does so; an account suspended for breaching these Terms is not refunded.
We do our best for Psychgram to work well and for its results to be clear, but we don’t guarantee the service will always be available or that a result describes every person exactly.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. The decisions you make based on your results are your own. Nothing here limits rights that your country’s consumer law doesn’t allow to be limited.
We may update these Terms. The version and the date on the card at the top of this page always describe the current text, and we’ll tell you by email before an important change applies to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Questions? Write to support@psychgram.com.

Nothing is hidden further down. If an answer still sounds like fine print, write to us and we’ll explain it in other words.
How clear was it?
