R-01
When do we refund a charge?
You can ask for a full refund of any charge, the 7-day trial or a month, within 48 hours of it being processed. That includes a duplicate charge or an amount other than the one we showed you.
R-02
When is a charge final?
After 48 hours a charge is final, also if the result wasn’t the one you expected. From then on, you can cancel at any time so you aren’t charged again.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. By starting the trial, you ask us to give you access right away and accept that you lose that right once your full results are unlocked, because the digital content has then been supplied. This does not affect any rights that consumer law where you live gives you and that cannot be waived.

How do I cancel?
Cancel from your account panel or by writing to support@psychgram.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

How does the money come back?
Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, through TailoredPay, within 5 business days. We don’t charge fees for refunds. See also the Terms of Service.

Something off with a charge?
Write to us within 48 hours of the charge. We check it ourselves and refund it in full.
