What we keep
Each card says what we use it for, how long we keep it and who else sees it. Periods count from when you close your account, unless the card says otherwise.

Psychgram LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue, STE 20787, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States, is the controller of the personal data this policy describes. You can write to us at support@psychgram.com.
We process your email, results and payment data to perform the contract you accept when you sign up.
Because your answers can reveal aspects of your mental health, we only process them with your explicit consent, which you give when you start a test and can withdraw whenever you like. We keep payment records because the law requires it, and technical logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
We may use anonymised, aggregated answers, without your email or anything else that identifies you, to check and improve how reliable the tests are.
We never use them for advertising.
Some providers on the cards above may process data outside your country. When they do, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or, where the provider is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict how we use it.
You can delete a test or your whole account from your account panel, or write to support@psychgram.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Psychgram isn’t aimed at anyone under 18 and we don’t knowingly collect their data. If we find out an account belongs to a minor, we close it and delete its data. If you think that’s the case, write to support@psychgram.com.
